Return on Investment Tool
Background
Health Education England has commissioned the development of a Return on Investment (ROI) Tool for the Extended Surgical Team (EST).
The model has been developed by Health Economics Consulting group, University of East Anglia, in collaboration with Economics by Design.
Objective
The EST ROI Tool provides a Return on Investment calculation to be used by surgical teams to support their local business case for NHS Trust / ICS investment in EST training and development.
